I founded Thriv Ventures in response to a critical gap in the world of enterprise sales. We believe that enterprise sales is a lost art in many organizations, and we believe we can make significant impact. Recently, we have witnessed a pattern of underperforming enterprise sales teams, stemming from a trifecta of issues: inadequately trained sales professionals, a notable absence of effective sales coaching, and a lack of robust sales culture. By establishing Thriv Ventures, we aim to address these fundamental shortcomings, and help revitalize the art of enterprise sales and empower organizations to achieve their full sales potential through expert guidance, targeted training, and the cultivation of a dynamic sales culture.

I am an experienced and successful business leader and strategist with a passion for mentoring and coaching the next generation of business professionals. With over two decades of experience spanning startups, turnarounds, public company sales and marketing leadership, and successful M&A transactions, I brings a backpack full of experiences and success stories mixed with thoughtful advice.

Based in Vero Beach, Florida, I dedicate my time to advising and mentoring early-stage companies and sales leaders. My areas of focus are:

My advising, coaching, and mentoring approach is shaped by my diverse background and experiences, including:

• Sales and Marketing leadership in two fast-growing global market leaders

• Orchestrating two business turnarounds leading to profitable business transactions

• Founding three startups including one successful exit

• Oversaw more than ten sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and post-transaction integrations

• Successful, hands-on experience selling both B2B and B2C products.

I have experience with many sales methodologies and platforms including Sandler Selling, The Complex Sale (Rick Page), Spin Selling, Challenger Sales, and Miller Heiman. While I like all the approaches and there is overlap in many of them. I do favor Sandler Selling because I feel it both addresses Sales Process and how the Psychology of People impacts and influences the individual sales strategies. While, in B2B Enterprise Sales, we sell to business, we sell to the people first.

My coaching style emphasizes practical, results-driven strategies grounded in real-world experience. I excel at developing strong revenue-centric cultures and fostering commercial excellence that drives rapid and sustainable growth. I view myself as a Transformational Leader who realizes that there are times when transactional leadership is needed.

I have an MBA from Florida International University and a BSBA in Operations from Bowling Green State University.
