As salespeople, time management is our superpower. It's the difference between crushing your quota and, well, let's just say a less desirable outcome. So, how do we conquer the time such and become productive sales superstarts?
Start each day with a Purpose
Walk into the office each day with a clear vision. What THREE things MUST get done today? Be laser-focused. And no, "conquering the all-you-can-eat sushi buffet" doesn't count (tempting as it may be).
Block time in your Calendar
Most people perform much better with structure and deadlines. As salespeople, we often lack direct supervision, so it's up to us to create our own framework. Time blocking is your secret weapon. Schedule specific blocks of time for your priority tasks and stick to it.
Focus on what Matters
Not all tasks are created equal. Prioritize the activities that truly move the needle. Build templates, leverage AI or just deprioritize those tasks that will bring little value.
Don’t be and email Junkie
Yes, email is important, but it doesn't have to rule your life. Check it periodically, but don't let it derail your focus. That signed contract will still be there when you're ready. Remember, every time you lose focus, it takes time and energy to get back in the groove.
